This patch introduces a dockerfile for Instinct mi30x GPU which helps to enhance the user experience on rocm platform.
For how to build the image:

docker build --no-cache -f Dockerfile.rocm -t <Your Desired Image Name> .

@danielhanchen Hi Daniel, shall we put rocm related docker image instruction into the wiki page https://docs.unsloth.ai/get-started/install-and-update/docker as well?

hello,

We'll probably have to build an AMD compatible Docker container image that has more comprehensive dependency support and follows the same os , security and services structure and features as our recently released docker containers for nvidia gpus that we just released (https://hub.docker.com/r/unsloth/unsloth) . will ping you when it's done.

I would love to try this on my Strix Halo machine. The platform is becoming very popular.

If I have time I will fork and add the gfx1151 to the targets and give it a try this weekend.
