Description
Converted block-spam-calls from https://github.com/TwilioDevEd/block-spam-calls-node into a quick deploy template. Updated outdated code and removed one of the spam filtering add-ons as it has been removed from the Twilio Marketplace. Added a guide on how to set up template with the spam filtering add-ons and added automated tests using Jest.
