fixes #16

Tasks

  • set westend_next as major playground to locally test changes required for staking migration
  • fix breaking changes moving staking from RC to AH and inclusion of new pallets StakingNextAhClient, StakingNextRcClient
  • review/fix all related matrix reports
  • fix currently mapped keys era:session to a more asynchronous approach
  • index most important events related to RC<->AH
  • review/fix all REST APIs
