Macros content in Confluence page erased when Collaborative editing enabled

When JiraRTL plugin is enabled in a Confluence page, macros content is erased.
Steps to reproduce:

• Enable Collaborative editing in Confluence
• Create a new page, add some macros with content (for example: Info or Code block)
• Publish page
• Click Edit to enter Editing mode
• Click Close to exit page without publishing
• Click Edit again, all macros content is erased

If JiraRTL plugin is not installed or not enabled for this site, macros content is not erased.
