Basic Wandrer support adding untraveled roads to generated maps

Makes it possible to integrate your Wandrer untraveled roads data from https://wandrer.earth into the generated maps.

Considerations and implementations

This is the main body of the PR, and varies massively by PR. A simple PR may have a single sentence here, others may have multiple paragraphs, diagrams, etc.

How to test

1. Also covered, but download your untraveled roads from Wandrer.
2. Copy the kmz file to maps directory of your WMC installation
3. Create the map of the covered region with the integrate wandrer files from the gui or -dw from the cli
4. Load the resulting map in cruiser or your device, check that any untraveled roads are visible as red stippled

Tested on Windows and WSL on Windows.
But more testing would be a plus!
