Hello,

In order to make the notebooks 1/2/3 (of Bengalese Finch examples) work, I needed to make the following changes:

• install missing librairies in requirements.txt (updated)
• add missing init.py files in corresponding folders and making the python setup.py install again (in order to make solve the import errors below).

ImportError: No module named 'avgn.network_analysis'
ImportError: No module named 'avgn.network'
