Hi there 👋

I'm a hands-on Engineering Manager with a strong background in JavaScript, TypeScript, and AWS.

I bring over a decade of experience building and leading high-performing teams that ship scalable, customer-focused products. I’m passionate about delivering high-quality software, fostering developer growth, and aligning engineering with business outcomes.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, product-led environments.
  • Architect scalable web applications using modern technologies like React, Next.js and Node.js.
  • Drive cloud-native backend development using AWS and Serverless.
  • Mentor engineers, build team culture, and scale processes for continuous improvement.
