This project consolidates multiple KPIs into a single view for project managers, stakeholders, and decision-makers in the construction industry.
Managing large-scale construction projects often involves multiple challenges:
- ❌ Lack of centralized visibility into revenue, projects, and workforce allocation.
- ❌ Difficulty in tracking project status (delayed, completed, in progress, not started).

- Regional Performance: Highlights projects by location with drill-down capability.
- Project Status Tracking: Clearly shows completed, delayed, in-progress, and pending projects.
