Summary

This pull request includes updates to the README.md file and the devcontainer.json configuration.

Changes

  • README Update:

    • Added a section on permissions required for the GitHub Actions workflow. This includes details on the necessary permissions for accessing pull requests, creating tags/releases, and using the GITHUB_TOKEN or Personal Access Token (PAT).
  • devcontainer.json Update:

    • Added updated extensions for BiomeJS to ensure proper formatting within the VSCode editor.

Notes

Ensure that the required permissions are configured before executing the GitHub Actions workflow to avoid potential 403 errors.
