Updates all package dependencies to the latest version, and modifies the call to `star-tex.org/x/tex.NewEngine` + `star-tex.org/x/tex.Engine.Process` to a call to `star-tex.org/x/tex.Run` as the API has changed between v0.5.0 -> v0.6.0.
