fix: correct inconsistent button color on Report Issue page

Description

This PR resolves a UI inconsistency where the “Send Issue Report” button on the Report Issue page had a different color than buttons on other pages.
The color scheme has been updated to match the standard button style used throughout the application, ensuring a consistent and cohesive user interface.
