Fix: Consistent hover transition for “Start Converting Now 🎂” button on homepage

Description

This PR fixes the inconsistent hover transition between the “Start Converting Now 🎂” button and the 🎂 emoji inside it on the homepage welcome box.
Previously, the button had a smooth transition, but the emoji animation was slightly off, causing the hover effect to feel uneven.
