Description:
This PR adds two scroll navigation buttons to the page:
• Top button: Scrolls to the top of the page.
• Bottom button: Scrolls to the bottom of the page.
Features:
• Smart visibility:
• Top button appears after scrolling down 300px.
• Bottom button appears when not at the bottom.
• Both hide when at their respective positions.
• Proper positioning:
• Bottom button stays at the bottom.
• Top button positioned above the bottom button.
• Smooth scrolling for better UX.
• Fully compatible with existing dark mode and responsive design.
