Fix : UI inconsistency in button colors and box size on Scale Recipe page

Description

This PR resolves UI issues on the Scale Recipe page where:
Buttons had inconsistent colors
The box size appeared unnecessarily large

Fixes issue #661

Changes Made:

• Enhanced button CSS to apply a consistent theme (colors, hover state, spacing)

• Reduced and adjusted box size to align with the overall layout

• Ensured improved visual consistency across the page
