Fixed footer features section in convert page to behave as non links. PR for the issue #593

How Has This Been Tested?

Go to convert recipe page footer -> features section -> click on any features
The link is not scrolling to the top of the page now.
When clicked, it points to the void now and do not scroll to the top of the page.
