Description
This PR resolves the layout and styling issues on the Help Center page. The page was previously missing proper CSS styling, causing misalignment, inconsistent spacing, and readability issues. The changes include:
Added container styling for proper alignment and max-width.
Improved spacing and padding for headings, descriptions, and sections.
Applied consistent font styles and sizes.
Fixed responsive behavior for different screen sizes.
