Summary

This pull request addresses the UI issues in the reportissue.html page. The previous implementation contained inconsistencies in layout, unnecessary code blocks, and formatting errors that caused the page to render incorrectly. This PR ensures that the page is visually consistent with the rest of the website and functions as intended.

Changes

  • HTML Structure Updated: Reorganized the HTML elements in reportissue.html for proper nesting, semantic structure, and readability.
  • Removed Deprecated/Unused Code: Deleted redundant divs, commented-out sections, and obsolete classes that were affecting layout and maintainability.
  • Improved Layout & Formatting: Adjusted spacing, alignment, and section ordering to match the design standards used across the website.
  • Enhanced Readability: Cleaned indentation and added comments where necessary to make the code easier to maintain for future developers.
  • No Other File Changes: Ensured that index.html and all other files remain untouched to prevent UI breaking elsewhere.

Impact

  • Only the reportissue.html page is affected.
  • The fixes improve both visual consistency and code maintainability.
  • Future enhancements to the page will be easier to implement due to the cleaned structure.
  • No changes to other pages or the overall functionality of the website.

Testing

  • Verified in multiple browsers that the page layout renders correctly.

  • Ensured responsiveness and alignment of form fields, buttons, and sections.
