Implementation:
1.Added a Back to Top button that smoothly scrolls the page to the top when clicked.
2.Used the same UI design as the Back to Bottom button for consistency (position, style, hover effect, icon).
User Experience:
Maintains a consistent look and feel with the existing Back to Bottom button.
Provides quick navigation to the top of the page, improving accessibility for long pages.
