ztoml

It's bad right now, so don't use it if you can avoid it in any way possible. You will have to modify a bunch of things :)

Usage:

Move your toml file into the ztoml folder and from the project root:

zig build
./zig-out/bin/ztoml yourfile.toml

but don't use it
