Desktop release notes
❗ Important Notes for This Release
⚠️ Mandatory Upgrade for v2.31 and Below
This release is a required upgrade for all users on Status v2.31 and below. It includes a breaking change that limits the time range for store queries to 24 hours (🔍 More info: #3170). This change significantly improves performance when the App needs to retrieve community history beyond the 24-hour mark.
💻 MacOS Devices with Intel chips Support Dropped
To focus on the most-used platforms, we’ve ended support for macOS devices with Intel chips.
🔚 The final compatible version for these devices is v2.32.
🛑 Do NOT upgrade to v2.33 or higher on MacOS devices with Intel chips — doing so will result in app crashes due to a known bug (🔍 More info: #15730)
