In the beta releases 3.0.0b1 and 3.0.0b2: If
datasetswasn't installed, bootstrapping may --- in certain cases --- fail silently. This made MIPRO runs much less effective for no good reason.I published 3.0.0b3 before this PR with a patch that makes
datasetsa required dependency again. But this PR edits the pyproject.toml file just to record it here.
