This PR is to resolve and close #27 and update the Staff Policy, Project Managers, Internal Affairs, Toolshed, and Admin Tooling pages, along with adding a Scripting Tutorial section.

Instead of editing on the Github site, I've made my changes through VS Code as I was told. I have reviewed my changes one last time and have not found anything that appears to be incorrect.

imo the ahelp window image shouldn't be changed unless you have a fuller list with all of the icons showing rather than just a single name with none of the other icons showing like antag, new player, etc

i didnt read the IA stuff or the PM stuff but those were just grammar fixes. Also you should probably rename the PR's name to be more descriptive and probably mention what you've changed in the description as well

Learn how to make PRs without web edits instead. I cannot trust that this PR is actually uploaded correctly.

I was told not to webedit files. I don't mind either way, since Visual Studio Code has an extension that allows you to edit your markdown files while seeing how the text will appear to others. It's very useful.

If I had an image with more players on the left and included the updated admin-help menu, I definitely would. Mirrorcult's is from September 12th, 2023, so it's missing a lot, as you can tell.

If you could send me an image that's better than both mine and mirrorcult's image, I can replace the image in my commit.
