WIDOCO action

A github action to build docs for a knowledge graph, using widoco

Required input and output arguments.

• file-input: '/github/workspace/example.ttl'
• folder-output: '/github/workspace/public'
• options: '-excludeProvenance -getOntologyMetadata' # the -rewriteAll & -uniteSections- are applied by default
