Description
This PR improves implementation of
IAccessRuleadded byAddMuninNodeAccessRule()to improve verification of IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses and also make it configurable to enable or disable verification.This change is similar to smdn/Smdn.Net.AddressResolution#15.
