Tips for installing SvxLink on a Futro thin client.

Compilation for A240

To make SvxLink run with lower CPU-load on the Futro A240, set RELEASE_FLAGS in makefile.cfg to:

RELEASE_CFLAGS = -g -O2 -march=geode -mtune=generic
Add a custom footer
