All these files are to optimize macbook for not heating up and run smoothly .

IMPORTANT . RESET SMC for intelbase mac only . left shit + left control + leftcommand + Powerbutton (Hold them all for 10s when the system is shutdown) . For other higher generation Macbooks mostly SMC is automatically reset on start up . But do recheck about it on the web / search
