Command in Stata: "search st0399_1" or "search hcost"

HELP:

After installation, type
. help hcost

FILES:

1. hcost.ado: main program for hcost command. Copy hcost.ado to "C:\ado\personal" before using it.
2. hcost.sthlp: help file for hcsot command
3. TestExample.do: an example to show how to use hcost command
4. example.dta: Simulated data file for test purpose
5. CombineData.do: example code to show how to combine cost and survival data to be used for hcost
