I hold an MSc degree in Biomedical Engineering, specializing in Magnetoencephalography (MEG). I completed my master's at Shahid Beheshti University (SBU), where I developed an automatic preprocessing pipeline (MEGAP) for MEG data. Earlier in my undergraduate studies, I explored white matter alterations in OCD using diffusion tensor imaging (DTI). My research integrates neuroimaging, data processing, and cognitive neuroscience to address challenges in large-scale brain data analysis.
My research centers on brain activity mapping, particularly improving the accuracy and automation of MEG data preprocessing and source reconstruction. I aim to design robust pipelines that handle large-scale neuroimaging datasets efficiently. Through spatial and temporal analysis of brain dynamics, I seek to better understand how internal neural representations change during various cognitive and psychiatric states.
Currently, I am enhancing the MEGAP pipeline with modules for advanced source reconstruction, MRI preprocessing, and fully automated MRIβMEG coregistration. This work aims to improve scalability and usability for large-scale MEG datasets in both research and clinical applications.
