big big PR with lot of thing inside.
This is not to accept in this form but we can open an discussion about it.

Main features :

  • dash_variant
  • dash manifest with repetition
  • scte35 support handling to emsg (very specific use case-
  • common encryption support including widevine and clear-key DRM.
