monitoring everty thing about resouce, like cpu, and memory with snapshot style, long-distance monitoring style, capchar style, diff style, all about
using every tools like xperf, windbg, dump, perfmon, xavis, process monitor, process explorer etc. more over using sdk that window gives us, named etw- releastion tools and sdk that makes xperf.
