Roadmap to generate the PA78 template

• Generate white matter tracts based on the Gray's anatomy atlas. #2
• Find a name for the template #3
• Register the human ex vivo template to the MRI PA78 template. #4
• Generate the GM atlas based on the ex vivo template #5
• Integrate template in SCT #6
