Current repository is some analysis functions for Yoo and Hayden 2019. The repository includes full OFC data from a single monkey (110 neurons). The input is "(number of condition x number of time points) x number of neuron" matrix. The formation of condition-averaged pseudopopulation is explained in the paper.

It includes both PCA and nonlinear method, which requires Manopt toolbox. Details are explained in utility folder.
