Ari Greenberg is a C-level leader of companies aiming to address the effects of climate change. He has consulted on growth and operations for climate companies, and most recently was the CCO for Brightline (America's first private high speed rail). He is currently COO of Seaforester, the leading kelp reforestation company working to restore 100,000 hectares of lost kelp forest.

He is a former co-founder of BCV, a tech enabled service provider for luxury hotels within the Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Four Seasons groups. After exiting to RateGain, he ran global sales for a year helping RateGain sell their products into the luxury hotels category. Prior to starting BCV he worked in Southern and East Africa for the National Democratic Institute supporting political parties, elections, and administrations to become more responsive to citizen concerns.

At the Portuguese Space Agency, Carolina Sá is responsible for following the Earth Observation programmes. Coming from the world of Marine Sciences, she was led to the field of satellite remote sensing by the desire to study microscopic aquatic plants (i.e. phytoplankton) from a different perspective - from Space!
She specialised in ocean colour remote sensing systems and worked as a researcher for over ten years, focusing on satellite data validation activities and marine environment applications. Promoting ways to bridge the gap between Earth Observation research and applications, science and industry, technology and society is one of her main tasks.

Kaylin Bugbee is a research science project manager for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC). Her research focuses on Earth and space science informatics with an emphasis on making NASA’s data systems sustainable, resilient and maintainable while also enabling open science through reinforcing transparency, reproducibility and open access. She also worked to generate, repair, improve, care for, document and update NASA’s science data to ensure they are available not only today but for the scientists and decision makers of the future. Ms. Bugbee is currently leading the implementation of NASA’s Science Discovery Engine, an enhanced search capability that allows scientists to search, filter and access data and information from across NASA’s five science topic areas: Astrophysics, Biological and Physical Science, Earth Science, Heliophysics and Planetary Science.

Lauren is a manager and data scientist in RMI’s Climate Intelligence Program on the Oil and Gas Solutions Initiative. She works with her team to model greenhouse gas emissions from 100% of the world's oil and gas assets, with a special focus on methane. She has a particular passion for incorporating satellite observations into emissions estimates to drive transparency and accountability in emissions reductions. She dissects complex emission patterns in the data to provide valuable decarbonization insights for policymakers, industry stakeholders, and environmental organizations

Before joining RMI, Lauren was a postdoc at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in the Global Monitoring Laboratory. She has a PhD in Atmospheric Sciences from the University of Washington, a MSc in Earth Sciences from the Universiteit van Amsterdam, and a BS/MS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Dr. Rahul Ramachandran is a Research Scientist at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) and serves as the Senior Data Science Strategist for the Science Research and Projects Division. Dr. Ramachandran has numerous peer-reviewed publications and has made significant contributions to improve the way we manage and analyze large geospatial datasets leading to a better understanding of our planet and its complex systems. He has held editorial positions in different journals. Dr. Ramachandran is the recipient of numerous accolades and honors, including the prestigious Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers (PECASE) and the NASA Exceptional Achievement Medal. Dr. Ramachandran was the American Geophysical Union's 2023 Greg Leptoukh Lecture recipient in recognition of his significant contributions to informatics, computational, or data sciences through research, education, and related activities.
