change dir to debian-iso-builder-remix-kde-plasma

cd debian-iso-builder-remix-kde-plasma

combine via git clone

make combine-via-git

Build

change dir to ~/work/debian-iso-builder-remix-kde-plasma/iso-profile

cd ~/work/debian-iso-builder-remix-kde-plasma/iso-profile

bulid

make build

The resulting ISO file will be placed on ~/work/debian-iso-builder-remix-kde-plasma/iso-profile/dist
