This mod uses static ThingDef definitions for all fish eggs, ensuring maximum compatibility and reliability. If you're adding new fish types, the mod will automatically detect missing egg definitions and warn you in the logs.
- Create a new ThingDef with defName format:
FishEgg_{YourFishDefName}
- Set the thingClass to
FishEggs.ThingWithComps_FishEgg
- Add appropriate modExtension with fish reference and water type
- The validation system will automatically detect and validate your addition
