Converted the Wiki into a PDF manual..
WiFi connection Startup Delay to allow the Router/Modem to start WiFiAP before connecting.
Choose to send Beacon on Rx or Tx frequency in Digipeater Mode.
User defined NTP server and send beacon over MQTT added.
Rx and Tx Frequencies are now with fully configurable.
