Restore+ utilities

R utilities for Restore+ activities.

Getting started

To get started with the examples in this repository, first clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/restore-plus/restore-utils

Next, open the restore-utils directory in the RStudio and install the package:

devtools::install(".")

You can also use renv:

renv::restore()

• data/: Analysis data
• analysis/: Processing scripts
• R/: Utilities for the processing scripts
