progress bar improvements

What this PR does / why we need it:

Improvements to the infra install progress bar:

• Show number of additional components and which one is currently installing
• show when runtime install is complete
• change calculation for progress bar (show different progresses for runtime installing and waiting, for different extensions, etc.)
