Where should we get the deploy key for testnet / mainnet? (see also key mgmt #26) We should perhaps follow the norms around truffle... which delegates to an eth client such as geth... which uses Web3 Secret Storage. The proposer node in rchain-docker-shard depends on much more than it
needs to: gRPC and such. I think node + 3 files would do:
- proposer.js
- rnode.js
- curl.js to implement the relevant part of the fetch() API on top
of node
