Full Stack Web App Using Rails, Postgres, and Create React App

Goals for this exercise

• Get an introduction to rails for backend production
• Build a RESTFUL API and deploy to heroku.

this app was built from a tutorial with some minor changes, particularly in React Code. Changes were mainly aesthetic. Also made some minor changes to Active Admin views to allow for ingredient referencing using GUI.
