Fallback shared between Kubernetes-Openshift and Kubernetes-Knative

The property had to be present on all three configurations for a fallback from Kubernetes to Openshift or KNative to work. Now, it adds fallbacks from shared names between Kubernetes-Openshift and Kubernetes-Knative.
