We have created a secure and anonymous tip reporting system on the dark web where users can report illicit activities to the government, with rewards for valid tips and penalties for false reports.

• Sepolia Testnet Account: You will need an account on Sepolia Testnet for the smart contract deployment.
• Moralis Account: You will need an account on Moralis for integration.
