Initial release of extra models meta package for PyNN SpiNNaker. Contains modules implementing:

  • IF_curr_dual_exp neuron - standard current based integrate and fire neuron with two excitatory synapse types
  • IF_curr_ca2_adaptive_exp neuron - standard current based integrate and fire neuron with adaption mechanism from doi:10.1023/A:1008916026143
  • RecurrentSTDPSynapse synapse model - Experimental STDP model based around a probabilistic state machine
