- Mount the DMG file
- Drag FreeScreenshot.app to your Applications folder
- Right-click FreeScreenshot.app and select "Open" (required first time only)
- Press Cmd+Shift+7 to capture a screenshot, or drag and drop an image
- Use the toolbar to select different editing tools
- Apply backgrounds, add annotations, and enhance your screenshot
- Click "Export" to save your masterpiece
