(Google Doc first) Document the values in the preferences.plist XML
(Google Doc first) Document the values in rasphone.pbk
Parse XML in a way that you can write/read from preferences.plist. Asking user for visual confirmation is ok (authopen -w will cause this).

Done

Determined that understanding Swift functions is difficult and even though NEVPNManager is available, it will be faster to use an XML parser + authopen.
