This PR tries to setup some simple unit tests along with the configurations needed to run them. It also adds a GitHub Action that will run the unit tests for PRs.
If somebody from @pluralsh/frontend can have a look at this PR and get these initial unit tests working that would be great. Just push to this branch and take over the PR.
