Skeleton Extension 1.0.0-beta1

phpBB's Extension Development Team is pleased to announce the next "Beta" release of the Skeleton Extension for extension developers.

Notable changes:

• New component: notifications
• Added mark/unmark all buttons to the components checkboxes in the web-UI
• Rebuilt using Twig syntax
• Support fixed for phpBB 3.2.0-b3-dev (as of April 4, 2016)
