This pull request adds one new examples to the User Guide Documentation. These new example provide a detailed walkthrough of Examples 3.6.1, 3.71 and 3.7.2, page 99-107 from Friswell, Dynamics of Rotating Machines. Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 2010.
