Release 1.3.0

This Release mainly focuses on bug fixes, pipeline improvements and also adds a new feature: Volume Offsets

Important: The Plugin installation process changed!
I will ship a .zip-Archive from now on. In that archive is a directory called 'FaderSyncPlugin'.
You can simply drag said directory into the plugins directory matching your OBS installation.
