Yes! The USB-C male plug is 8.4 mm wide, so both cutouts (8.94 mm and 9.34 mm) are functionally acceptable.

This is because the second USB-C port is internal (doesn’t pass through the case), so:

it doesn’t need as much clearance or reinforcement It can have a tighter, neater, or differently styled hole without affecting usability
